Service Hiccups and Tired Décor
water damage unhelpful staff
The hotel showed some wear. I noticed clear signs of water damage, and the windows were unfortunately quite dirty, practically defeating the purpose of having large windows. We specifically requested a setup with one double bed and three single beds, but this wasn't arranged correctly. Instead, we got two double beds. the reception staff didn't seem very interested in helping us, opting instead to give excuses when we needed assistance.

underwhelming stay
strong paint smell empty minibar
the location was fairly convenient.
My stay wasn't great. the room smelled strongly of fresh paint. I couldn't open the window since i was on the eighth floor. the minibar remained empty during my three-night stay, even after i requested it be stocked.

faulty air conditioning lukewarm refrigerator
the room was reasonably clean the bed was acceptable
the air conditioning barely worked it kept shutting off automatically and the room became stuffy at night the mini-bar refrigerator was also not very cold it barely kept drinks cooler than room temperature the ongoing issue was frustrating

Really good Experience
sun shades night blinds decent gym
The room received lots of sunlight because of its large windows. Sun shades and night blinds were available. The gym had decent equipment. I enjoyed the sauna and pool. Service was PROMPT!!!

lack of plates missing cutlery
The staff was cooperative and I received a suite upgrade, satisfactory.
The lack of plates and cutlery in the room was an issue, especially since there was a microwave. It was inconvenient that I found no cloth to wipe the table. Easy fixes are needed to address this.

The hotel really seemed like a 5-star experience. i found everything clean and very well maintained. the staff was genuinely helpful, always cute me with a smile. i also really appreciated the fine location. It was so easy to get around.
